I offer Free Shipping in Italy for orders above €100. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are €10.
Shipping in Europe is free for orders above €200. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are €20.
I offer free shipping worldwide for orders above €300. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are €45.
International express shipping to the UK is available for €25.
Buying online is always a risk. This is why I want to make it as easy as possible to change your mind once you receive the product. Just get in touch within 2 weeks from the day you received the product, and I'll be happy to replace or refund your item. Just note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping.
P.S. All my customers are pleasantly surprised once they receive the products. Glass jewellery doesn't always come across as I would like in pictures.
Each single glass bead is handmade by me, Cosima, in my atelier in Murano, Venice using top-quality Effetre Murano Glass. Other materials include stainless steel, hypoallergenic brass, leather, and waxed cotton cords.
If you have strong allergies or specific requests, just get in touch before buying, and I'll gladly answer all your questions.
I believe that my jewellery shouldn't be disposable, however, things break. Even if after years a bead breaks or something else happens, I'll always be available. Get in touch, and we'll sort it out together.
