Refund policy

Returns

My return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, I'm unable to offer a refund or exchange. If you're unsure, please get in touch, and I'll do my best to help.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Custom Made Orders

While I offer a selection of ready-made pieces, I also accommodate custom requests such as colour variations or bespoke designs not available in my standard collection. When a customer requests any customisation — including colour changes or designs made specifically to order — the item is considered custom made and is therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.

Please review and confirm all custom details carefully before placing your order. If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 14 days of delivery at info@sunsetyogurt.com with photos, and I will do my best to help.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I'll send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

If you haven't received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email me at info@sunsetyogurt.com and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: Ramo Domenico Gisberti 6, 30141 Venice, Italy

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking, and I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the mail.
